Digital Ultrasonic Tank Testing
Boston Environmental is providing a technology with the capability, along with our proprietary software, to predict when an oil tank will fail - prior to it's actual failure due to corrosion. This same technology has been utilized widely in industrial applications throughout the world. Boston Environmental has brought this technology to you and your customers, and applied it to the testing of home heating oil tanks. When combined with our $1,000 tank replacement warranty, this predictability-of-failure enables us to offer the industry's first proactive tank replacement program. We call this program, and the other consulting services, which are included, our TankSure® Program.
Sonic Testing Training for Your Technicians
The TankSure® Program is a NORA Certified Training Course. All technicians will receive 2 CEU credits upon completion of the course. When combined with a service offering, your technician will be able to test a customer's tank in just 5 minutes or less, while he is at the homeowner's location performing work like a burner tune-up. This safe and non-invasive test uses sound waves to determine the thickness of the tank's metal. Boston Environmental has set the industry's standards for using this technology to predict tank failures due to corrosion, and provides the complete training of your technicians on site. A detailed resource and reference manual is also included. Boston Environmental also includes the tank testing equipment for your technicians at no additional cost.
Marketing Communications
Boston Environmental provides high quality design and copywriting services for a promotional materials to help sell your service offerings with the TankSure® Program. These include service contracts, tune-up or maintenance mailers, letters, and other forms of marketing communications. Our designs have been focus group tested and have been proven to increase subscription rates and to promote your brand with a professionalism that will be remembered. Because Boston Environmental specializes in promoting service offerings we have a portfolio of designs that can be customized with your brand and your services. Our marketing communication services are available year-round to all of our customers, and are included with the TankSure® Program at no additional cost to you.
Real Estate Program
Boston Environmental has formalized a real estate plan and strategy, which we believe will create an enormous competitive advantage for our customers. Here is how it works. We have found that once a real estate agency realizes there is a method to test the tanks, they want it done every time. As a TankSure® customer, you would have the means and training to test the tanks. All you have to do is get the real estate agencies in your service area and present the TankSure® Program. Legal Review
Our General Counsel provides legal oversight of the TankSure® Program, including the warranty, marketing and promotional materials developed by Boston Environmental. He has over 20 years experience in the fields of contracts, environmental law and risk management. This service is provided to you by Boston Environmental at no additional cost.
Customer Service Training
Boston Environmental provides training for your office employees who may need to answer questions with respect to your service offerings. The training is focused on answering customer inquiries and is tailored to your specific service offering. Frequently asked questions (FAQs) are reviewed and can be referenced to answer virtually any questions regarding the combined service offerings. A reference manual is included with the training - and like the other consulting services - this training is included at no additional cost.
Proprietary Information and Management Reports
Boston Environmental will provide all the necessary training, systems, tank replacement standards, access to the TankSure® corrosion-to-failure profiling software, and management reports necessary to implement the TankSure® Program. Management reports can be tailored for your insurance underwriter.
Strategy and Plan Development
Boston Environmental will develop a plan with you to satisfy your service related business objectives. We have proven methods to increase your margins, increase your subscription rates, to prevent "skip-year" service buying, secure your base, and to promote your company and your brand in a professional way. The consulting work associated with your strategy and plan development is also included at no additional cost.
